近日，为提高装车效率，马头洗选厂机电科对汽运装车吹仓工序进行改造，将原来手动吹仓改为PLC自动控制吹仓，增强自动化水平，大大提升了整个装车流程的自动化程度。

该装车系统中，产品通过皮带进入仓内进行装车，在装车过程中产品偶尔会粘在仓壁上，造成下煤不利，影响装车速度，需要岗位人员手动操作进行吹仓，从而保证顺利装车。为提高工作效率，提升自动化操作水平，该科技术人员现场调研，制定改造方案，通过布线、编制程序，对吹仓环节进行了自动化改造。如今装车前，岗位司机仅需将装煤吨数输入电脑，再根据现场煤仓下煤情况，设置低于流量时自动吹风，同时还能灵活设置吹风时长和吹风间隔时间，无需过多人工干预，缩短了装车时间，提高了装车效率，全面实现了自动化装车。

In the loading system, the products enter the warehouse through the belt for loading. During the loading process, the products will occasionally stick to the wall of the warehouse, resulting in unfavorable coal unloading and affecting the loading speed. The staff need to manually operate the warehouse for blowing, so as to ensure smooth loading. In order to improve work efficiency and improve the level of automated operation, the technical personnel of the section conducted on-site investigations, formulated transformation plans, and carried out automatic transformation of the blowing warehouse link through wiring and programming. Before loading, the driver only needs to input the ton of coal loading into the computer, and then set the automatic air blowing when the flow rate is lower according to the coal situation in the coal bunker. At the same time, it can also flexibly set the air blowing time and air blowing interval time without too much manual intervention, which shortens the loading time, improves the loading efficiency, and fully realizes the automatic loading.
