该矿坚决把安全工作放在首要位置，深刻吸取近期煤炭行业事故教训，落实上级有关安全检查工作要求，以安全生产质量标准化建设为抓手，持续推进雨季“三防”等工作措施的落实，加强对边坡、采坑排水沟、主干道运输等重要环节巡查，定期对“两堂一舍”、加油站、储煤场、采坑道路、采剥平盘、排土场进行全覆盖安全检查，确保了各专业、各部位的安全生产。

该矿强化生产管理，合理谋划平盘剥离，强化煤质管理和现场管理，实现精耕细作，着力构建集约高效的生产格局。增强任务观念和责任意识，层层分解任务目标，做好组织协调和跟班生产，加强施工程序和工程质量现场督导，组织协调机具调配，合理布局机具位置，保证剥离施工的进度，确保剥、采、排平衡。8月份受到大雨影响，三采区5号煤底板积水量较大，在两台水泵24小时抽水情况下，又在5号煤顶板区域装设一台暴雨潜水泵，管路沿三采区西边帮铺设，高度60多米，管路长度400多米，并安排机电人员保障水泵24小时运行，每2小时对各水泵、发电机等设备进行巡视检查，确保机组设备安全、稳定、高效运行。

该矿注重产销深度协同融合，结合以往销售经验，及时分析研判市场变化，优化生产剥采布局，力求煤炭质量相对稳定。为进一步提高煤炭销售管理水平，抓住生产、销售两个关键环节，及时解决生产地区旧巷道以及火区煤质差的问题，采取配比破碎的方式，结合煤质化验指标，按照比例破碎达到电厂采购要求，结算单价保持在合理范围。积极了解市场信息，针对主要销售的煤种及时作出反应，与电厂及市场客户加强联系，结合采场出煤的指标，寻找合适的客户及时销售，实现供求关系基本平衡，确保了销售任务顺利完成。

Affected by heavy rain in August, the No. 5 coal floor in the three mining area has a large volume of water, in the case of two pumps pumping 24 hours, and installed a rainstorm submersible pump in the No. 5 coal roof area. The pipe road is laid along the west side of the three mining area, with a height of more than 60 meters and a pipeline length of more than 400 meters, and mechanical and electrical personnel are arranged to ensure that the pump runs 24 hours. Every 2 hours, the pump, generator and other equipment inspection, to ensure the safe, stable and efficient operation of the unit equipment.

The mine pays attention to the deep coordination and integration of production and marketing, combines previous sales experience, analyzes and eva luates market changes in time, optimizes the production stripping layout, and strives for relatively stable coal quality. In order to further improve the level of coal sales management, seize the two key links of production and sales, and timely solve the problem of poor coal quality in the old roadway in the production area and in the fire area, the method of proportioned crushing is adopted, combined with the coal quality test index, according to the proportion crushing to meet the purchase requirements of the power plant, and the settlement unit price is kept in a reasonable range. Actively understand the market information, timely respond to the main types of coal sold, strengthen contact with power plants and market customers, combined with the indicators of coal production in the stope, find the right customers to sell in time, achieve the basic balance between supply and demand, and ensure the smooth completion of sales tasks.
