今年以来，运销集团铜川分公司认真贯彻煤炭运输绿色环保政策要求，顺应铁路增运趋势，加快推进铁路运输“散改集”步伐，运用集装箱走出一条“绿色”运输道路，探索煤炭不落地和“点对点、门到门”全程清洁运输模式。

自集装箱业务开展以来，铜川分公司紧紧围绕全年铁路发运任务目标，积极探索煤炭铁路销售新模式。为确保首次集装箱顺利发运，公司上下承压奋进，一方面全面掌握目标区域集装箱接卸能力，及时了解集装箱抵站后的货场环境、转运周期等实际状况，提前做好相关工作部署。另一方面定期组织现场调研，掌握铜川周边矿井生产及站点装车能力，筹集周边矿区煤炭资源并积极拓展外部铁路站点，借助周边站台发运优势，多元化发运通道，增加铁路运力，扩大优质资源整合规模，多点发力，不断提升服务保障能力，为做大铁运基数提供新动能。

此外，铜川分公司全力以赴做好售后回访，及时了解下游客户对煤炭采购数质量、成本控制、运输途径、转接联运等方面的实际需求，不断优化保供措施、降低物流成本，努力提高客户满意度。

On the other hand, regular field research is organized to master the production capacity of mines around Tongchuan and the loading capacity of stations, raise coal resources in surrounding mining areas, and actively expand external railway stations. By taking advantage of the delivery advantages of surrounding platforms, diversified delivery channels are used to increase railway transport capacity, expand the integration scale of high-quality resources, exert more power, and constantly improve service support capabilities, providing new momentum for expanding the railway transport base.
