盐城经济技术开发区第三污水处理厂是盐城市重点市政公用项目，位于经济技术开发区南片区，占地面积约153亩，建设总规模12万m³/d。作为工业污水处理厂，项目秉承“集约设计、生态友好、智慧低碳、技术先进”的理念，将厂区建设为现代化的高标准污水处理厂，服务于经开区的产业发展。

项目开工以来，中机国际华东区域中心充分发挥EPC牵头作用，凭借经验丰富、技术过硬的总承包设计及项目管理团队，精心设计，科学管理，狠抓落实，高质高效推进项目建设，切实把好安全关、质量关和进度关，打造精品工程。

项目竣工验收后，正式进入试运行阶段，该项目的投入运营，可进一步提升区域污水的集中处理率，改善水体水环境质量，促进区域经济建设和发展，改善人民生活水平和生活环境，为盐城经济技术开发区的千亿光伏产业提供有力的保障。
