霍尼韦尔UOP eFining™是一种甲醇制航空燃料(MTJ)工艺技术,能可靠地将eMethanol(电子甲醇)大规模转换为eSAF(电子燃料),且成本低于同类技术。使用二氧化碳与绿氢合成的甲醇为原料,霍尼韦尔UOP eFining™大大扩宽了可持续航空燃料的原料类型。相比于传统航空燃料,该工艺制备的eSAF可减少88%的温室气体排放。

内蒙古久泰将利用eFining™工艺技术将原有的甲醇制烯烃(MTO)装置改造为可持续航空燃料生产装置。借助中国西北地区丰富的风力资源,霍尼韦尔和内蒙古久泰将共同致力于推动可持续航空燃料的高效量产。

Honeywell UOP eFining™ is a methanol-to-jet fuel (MTJ) process technology that reliably converts eMethanol (electronic methanol) to eSAF (electronic fuel) at scale and at a lower cost than comparable technologies. Using methanol synthesized from carbon dioxide and green hydrogen as a feedstock, Honeywell UOP eFining™ greatly expands the range of feedstocks available for sustainable aviation fuels. Compared with conventional aviation fuel, the eSAF produced by this process can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 88% .

Inner Mongolia Jiutai will use eFining™ process technology to convert an existing methanol-to-olefin (MTO) plant into a sustainable aviation fuel production unit. Leveraging the abundant wind resources in Northwest China, Honeywell and Inner Mongolia Jiutai will work together to promote the efficient mass production of sustainable aviation fuels.
