近日，蔚复来在平湖市当湖地区启动了AI数智化再生资源分拣中心的建设项目，目前顺利完成了建设并投入运营。该项目遵循既定规划，精心构建了涵盖“点、站、厂”全场景化的“两网融合”创新运营体系，其核心聚焦于末端分拣中心的建设。通过实现前端回收、中端存放运输等环节的紧密衔接与高效协同，成功打造了从生活垃圾分类、收运、分拣及循环利用的完整产业链，为平湖市的可持续发展战略提供了坚实有力的支撑。

分拣中心的场地布局规划以“安全标准”为基础，明确划分办公区域，物料分拣区、库存区、物流区，以及宣教区、及其他配套区域。同时，实行统一规划、统一标识、统一着装、统一价格、统一计量、统一车辆及统一管理等标准进行建设。分拣线的建设遵循标准化体系，根据场地和需求进行规划设计以实现最佳运营效果。

中心已全面构建了一体化全流程数据追踪和溯源管理体系，实时掌控区域作业情况，实现对作业过程在线信息记录、作业过程监管、过程追溯管理等，统计分析再生资源的类别、数量，跟踪回收物流向，为监管部门提供准确及时，可分析可溯源的强大数据网络信息系统。

The construction of the sorting line follows a standardized system, which is planned and designed according to the site and needs to achieve the best operational results.

The center has built an integrated whole-process data tracking and traceability management system, controlled regional operations in real time, realized online information recording, process supervision, process traceability management, etc., statistically analyzed the categories and quantities of renewable resources, tracked the recycling logistics, and provided the regulatory authorities with an accurate and timely, powerful data network information system that can be analyzed and traced.
