8月14日，中国能建葛洲坝集团党委书记、董事长谭华，党委副书记、总经理、副董事长陈刚带队拜会宜昌市委副书记、市长马泽江，就进一步深化国家重大工程实施、城市功能优化提升、基础设施补短板、存量资产盘活等全方位、多领域、深层次战略合作座谈交流，并达成广泛共识。
