达州市第三污水处理厂及配套管网一期工程北起达州市钢铁厂南至河市镇昌红村，包含主体厂区及沿河配套管网12.2千米，污水处理厂采用“AAO工艺＋深度处理”方案，出水指标达到一级A排放标准，日处理污水量15万立方米，项目建成后将极大提升达州市城区的污水处理能力和生态环境承载能力。

自六月底起，项目部掀起了攻坚克难抢进度的大干热潮，在过去的这60天里，全体员工锚定8月底达成通水试运行条件的坚定决心，强化施工组织，战洪水，斗高温，协调解决项目现场各类问题。经过参建各方的共同努力，以实干担当的精神，确保了项目进度的顺利推进，落实了市委市政府关于全面加快项目建成投运的重要指示精神。

接下来，项目部将继续以严谨务实的工作作风，高度的政治责任感，完成好运行调试，道路，绿化，装饰装修等剩余建设任务，力争早日实现竣工投运目标，为达州市提升中心城区污水处理能力和城市发展环境承载能力，助力筑牢长江上游生态屏障做出积极贡献。

The first phase of Dazhou Third sewage Treatment Plant and supporting pipe network starts from Dazhou Iron and Steel Plant in the north to Changhong Village in Hechi Town in the south, including the main plant area and supporting pipe network along the river 12.2 kilometers. The sewage treatment plant adopts the "AAO process + advanced treatment" scheme, the effluent index reaches the first-class A discharge standard, and the daily treated sewage volume is 150,000 cubic meters. After the completion of the project, it will greatly improve the sewage treatment capacity and ecological environment carrying capacity of Dazhou City.

Since the end of June, the project department has set off a big upsurge of tackling the difficulty of seizing the progress. In the past 60 days, all employees have anchored the firm determination to achieve the conditions of water trial operation at the end of August, strengthened the construction organization, fought floods, fought high temperatures, and coordinated to solve various problems on the project site. Through the joint efforts of all parties involved in the construction, with the spirit of hard work and responsibility, the smooth progress of the project has been ensured, and the important directive spirit of the municipal Party committee and the municipal government on comprehensively accelerating the completion and operation of the project has been implemented.
