本年度，CTI华测检测首次遵循IFRS S2准则进行气候管理工作，这一转变是为了应对全球气候信息披露标准日益增长的要求。IFRS S2是由ISSB（国际可持续发展准则理事会）发布的全球性的、高质量的气候相关信息披露准则，遵循了TCFD的四大支柱并在此基础上进行了扩展和细化，这一准则的实施标志着从TCFD建议向更正式和全面的气候信息披露准则的过渡。

2023年，CTI华测检测完善了气候治理架构，开展全范围的碳盘查以全面识别碳排放现状，制定减碳目标及其实现路径与措施。通过本报告来进行气候相关信息披露，全面展现公司在气候相关风险和机遇方面的管理策略和绩效，以期为投资者、政府、员工以及其他利益相关方提供CTI华测检测应对气候变化相关工作进展。

For the first time this year, CTI's climate management work followed IFRS S2 guidelines, a shift in response to the growing demands of global climate disclosure standards. IFRS S2 is a global, high-quality climate-related disclosure guideline issued by the ISSB (International Guidelines for Sustainable Development) that follows and expands upon the four pillars of the TCFD, and its implementation marks the transition from TCFD recommendations to a more formal and comprehensive climate disclosure guideline.

In 2023, CTI has improved the climate governance structure, carried out a full range of carbon inventory to comprehensively identify the status quo of carbon emissions, and formulated carbon reduction targets and their realization paths and measures. This report is used to disclose climate-related information and fully show the company's management strategy and performance in climate-related risks and opportunities, with a view to providing investors, governments, employees and other stakeholders with CTI's progress in addressing climate change.

In the process of developing its own business and formulating strategies, CTI continues to pay attention to the global development trend and national policy objectives in the field of climate change, based on the natural connection between TIC industry and sustainable development, and constantly optimize and expand business models and sectors, so as to contribute to global climate change mitigation and adaptation. At the same time, we also pay attention to our own impact on climate change, and continue to develop and improve our work on climate change.
