2024年3月，上海成套院所属国核核电设备与材料鉴定咨询中心（以下简称“EQ中心”）顺利通过中国核安全与环境文化促进会（以下简称“文促会”）评估，成为首家民用核安全设备鉴定试验机构评估合格单位，标志着我院EQ中心距离打造国家级核安全设备鉴定平台的目标更进一步。

2023年12月19日至21日，文促会组织行业专家对EQ中心实施了民用核安全设备鉴定试验机构评估。本次评估是国内首次开展民用核安全设备鉴定机构评估工作，评估依据《民用核安全设备鉴定试验机构基本条件》《民用 核安全设备鉴定试验机构评估工作程序》，通过现场检查、文件查阅、人员访谈等方式，对EQ中心的技术能力、质量管理能力等进行了全面的评估，专家组一致认为EQ中心具有较强的技术能力和完善的管理体系，具备较强的开展核安全设备鉴定试验的能力，授予民用核安全设备鉴定试验机构评估合格证书。

EQ中心始终以打造“独立、权威、公正”的核安全设备鉴定试验机构为使命，完成了1E级压力变送器、电动执行机构、接插件、限位开关、磁浮子液位计等关键设备鉴定任务，有力支撑了三代及四代核电有关堆型、海上平台等国产化设备研发进程，为核电站的顺利建造和安全运行提供了设备鉴定方面的重要保障。

In March 2024, the National Nuclear Power Equipment and Materials Appraisal and Consulting Center (hereinafter referred to as "EQ Center") under the Shanghai Institute successfully passed the assessment of China Nuclear Safety and Environmental Culture Promotion Association (hereinafter referred to as "Cultural Promotion Association") and became the first civil nuclear safety equipment appraisal and testing institution to pass the assessment. It marks that the EQ Center of our hospital is further from the goal of building a national nuclear safety equipment identification platform.

From December 19 to 21, 2023, the Committee organized industry experts to eva luate the civil nuclear safety equipment identification test institutions of the EQ Center. This eva luation is the first time to carry out the eva luation of civil nuclear safety equipment appraisal institution in China. According to the Basic Conditions of Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment Appraisal Test Institution and the eva luation Procedure of Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment Appraisal Test Institution, the technical capability and quality management capability of EQ Center have been comprehensively eva luated through on-site inspection, document review and personnel interview. The expert group agreed that the EQ center has strong technical ability and perfect management system, has a strong ability to carry out nuclear safety equipment appraisal test, and awarded the civil nuclear safety equipment appraisal test institution eva luation certificate.

EQ Center has always been committed to building an "independent, authoritative and impartial" nuclear safety equipment eva luation test organization as its mission, and has completed the eva luation tasks of key equipment such as 1E pressure transmitter, electric actuator, adapter, limit switch, maglev level meter, etc., which has strongly supported the research and development process of 3rd and 4th generation nuclear power related reactors, offshore platforms and other domestic equipment. It provides an important guarantee for the smooth construction and safe operation of nuclear power plants.
