玛尔挡水电站转子由中心体、主轴、扇形体支架、大立筋、磁轭、磁极、集电装置等组成,外圆直径约12.8米,最大高度约3.08米,起吊重量达1050吨,是水轮发电机组最重的吊装部件,也是水轮发电机组最重要的转动构件,用以产生磁场、变换能量和传递转矩。发电机转子作为整个水轮发电机组最核心的部件,吊装精度要求高,难度大,是整个机组安装过程中最重要的工序。为保证吊装工作安全有序进行,吊装前,玛尔挡公司会同各参建单位根据大件吊装、水轮发电机转子组装管理要求,成立了现场指挥领导小组,明确作业人员职责分工,进行详细的安全技术交底。安排专人严密监视定子与转子的间隙,确保转子、定子、转轮三者位于同一轴心,为转子吊装提供了全方位的技术、安全保障。整个吊装过程用时45分钟,转子安全平稳落入4号机组机坑,实现了与发电机轴的精准对接。

玛尔挡水电站位于青海果洛藏族自治州玛沁县拉加镇上游约5千米的黄河干流上,总装机容量232万千瓦,总投资约230亿元,计划2024年底全部机组投产发电,是龙羊峡以上黄河干流湖口至尔多河段规划的第九座梯级电站,是黄河流域在建海拔最高、装机最大的水电站,是国家实施“西电东送”和“青电入豫”的骨干电源点,也是国家和青海省重点能源项目。投产后,多年平均年发电量73.04亿千瓦时,每年可节约标准煤约220万吨,减少排放二氧化碳约816万吨,减少二氧化硫排放约3.04万吨,对青海省打造清洁能源产业高地、构建国家绿色低碳安全高效能源体系和新时代西部大开发战略实施具有重要意义。

It is the heaviest lifting component of the hydro-generator set and the most important rotating component of the hydro-generator set. It is used to generate magnetic fields, transform energy and transfer torque. As the core component of the whole turbine generator set, the generator rotor is the most important process in the whole installation process, which requires high precision and difficulty. In order to ensure the safe and orderly lifting work, before lifting, Maerstop Company, together with the participating units, set up a field command and leading group according to the management requirements of large lifting and hydrogenerator rotor assembly, to clarify the division of duties of the operators and to disclose the safety technology in detail. Arrange special personnel to closely monitor the gap between the stator and the rotor to ensure that the rotor, the stator and the runner are located in the same axis, which provides a full range of technical and security guarantees for the rotor hoisting. The whole lifting process took 45 minutes, and the rotor safely and smoothly fell into the pit of Unit 4, achieving accurate docking with the generator shaft.

The Maerblock Hydropower Station is located on the main stream of the Yellow River, about 5 kilometers upstream of Laga Town, Maqin County, Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, with a total installed capacity of 2.32 million kilowatts and a total investment of about 23 billion yuan. It is planned to put all units into operation by the end of 2024. It is the ninth step power station planned for the Hukou to Erdo River section of the main stream of the Yellow River above Longyang Gorge. It is the highest and largest hydropower station under construction in the Yellow River basin, the backbone power point of the state's implementation of "West power transmission to the East" and "green power into Henan", and also the key energy project of the state and Qinghai Province. After putting into operation, the annual average power generation will be 7.304 billion KWH, saving about 2.2 million tons of standard coal, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 8.16 million tons, and reducing sulfur dioxide emissions by about 30,400 tons each year, which is of great significance for Qinghai Province to build a clean energy industry highland, build a national green, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system and implement the western development strategy in the new era.
