国能盘山机组创新升级及延寿改造项目是国家能源局2021年度能源领域首台（套）重大技术装备（项目）示范项目，由哈电集团与国家能源集团联合申报。该项目是国内首个实施参数跨代升级改造的火电机组项目。项目地处京津冀一体化协同发展核心区域，承担着这一区域能源保供的重要任务和天津蓟州城区1000万平方米的区域供热任务。

该项目此前设计的两台500MW超临界燃煤发电锅炉设备，分别于1996年2月和1996年4月投产，至今已服役近30年。哈电集团锅炉公司承担的改造任务是在保留原有俄制T型锅炉主体钢结构的基础上，对钢结构进行加固、对整台锅炉的部件进行更换升级。这对哈电集团锅炉公司来讲尚属首次。

National Energy Panshan Unit innovation upgrade and life extension renovation project is the National Energy Board 2021 energy field's first (set) major technical equipment (project) demonstration project, jointly declared by Harbin Electric Group and National Energy Group. This project is the first thermal power unit project to implement parameter cross-generation upgrading in China. The project is located in the core area of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated cooperative development, and undertakes the important task of ensuring energy supply in this region and the task of 10 million square meters of district heating in Tianjin Jizhou urban area.

The two 500MW supercritical coal-fired power generation boiler equipment previously designed by the project were put into operation in February 1996 and April 1996 respectively, and have been in service for nearly 30 years. The transformation task undertaken by Boiler Company of Harbin Electric Group is to strengthen the steel structure and replace and upgrade the components of the whole boiler on the basis of retaining the main steel structure of the original Russian-made T-type boiler. This is the first time for Harbin Electric Group boiler company.
