近日,随着压裂机组的轰鸣声逐渐沉寂,采气一厂已成功完成压裂充填防砂技术应用150井次,有效率达95%,单井日均增气1.2万方,累增气1亿方。压裂充填防砂为主的防砂工艺体系有效助推涩北气田高效开发。 涩北气田具有疏松砂岩气藏地质特性,地层疏松易出砂、泥质含量高、地层易堵塞、小层分布薄多杂易压窜。气井频繁因出砂、层堵停产,造成套损加剧,治理难度大,种种难题成为了涩北气田稳产上产的“拦路虎”。加之单井产层跨度大、层间差异大,常规压裂方式易造成压窜、沟通水层及邻井等问题影响施工效果,无法满足涩北气田生产实际需要,目前国内外均无成熟可借鉴的防砂经验。 采气一厂作为青海油田天然气产量的“压舱石”,老井稳产至关重要。经过多年来的积极探索,结合气井出砂、出水、低压且稳产困难等一系列矛盾突出问题,该厂通过探索、试验,自主设计、自主施工、自主评价,创新采用了“大砂量、高砂比、控排量”压裂防砂投产一体化工艺,开创了一次施工实现大排量储层改造、小排量地层防砂及压裂后直接投产的先河,不仅降低了生产成本,还进一步提高了老井稳产效率,为涩北气田老井稳产提供了科学技术保障。 Recently, with the roar of the fracturing unit gradually silent, the first gas production plant has successfully completed the application of fracturing and filling sand control technology 150 Wells, the efficiency of 95%, a single well daily gas increase of 12,000 square meters, cumulative gas increase of 100 million square meters. At present, there is no mature sand control experience at home and abroad for reference. As the "ballast stone" of natural gas production in Qinghai oilfield, the stable production of old Wells is very important. After years of active exploration, combined with a series of prominent problems such as sand production, water production, low pressure and stable production difficulties in gas Wells, the plant innovatively adopted the integrated process of "large sand volume, high sand ratio and controlled discharge" through exploration, testing, independent design, independent construction and independent eva luation.
