“智能+”赋能安全生产

在华阳集团二矿生产调度指挥中心大屏上，一面面高清显示器实时呈现着井上下采煤、掘进、“一通三防”等系统运转情况……无人值守、远程操控，作为华阳集团骨干矿井之一，近年来，二矿通过从“人控”到“数控”的全面升级、从“自动”到“智能”的全面提速，让采煤作业实现了翻天覆地的变化。

二矿以构建智能化矿井建设“一张图”为基石，积极推进信息基础设施、掘进系统、采煤系统、主运输系统、辅助运输系统、通风与压风系统、供电与供排水系统、安全监控系统、地质保障系统等9大项智能化系统建设，建成22个智能化子系统，实现了生产、调度、机电、安全、地质测量、“一通三防”等主要专业的在线协同工作，通过以数据为核心的智能管控平台，打破了各系统之间的技术壁垒，消除了信息“孤岛”，实现一数一源、一源多用，让安全生产信息融合互通，使矿井的智能化综合管理水平得到了显著提升。

安全生产无小事，安全责任大于天。今年以来，华阳集团瞄准“安全零死亡”目标，制定《煤矿安全生产视频监控管理规定》，并根据评估现场作业安全风险，梳理制定重要部位及关键环节视频筛查清单，围绕“看得见、看得清、看得懂”，推行五级视频监控筛查机制。2200余台井下视频监控动态监管精准治安，6座智能化煤矿，其中一矿为国家首批智能化示范煤矿，1座智能化选煤厂、126处智能化采掘工作面，科技兴安让“无监控不作业”赋能煤矿安全、高效生产。安全正逐步成为华阳集团在山西省的“特色名片”。

On the basis of building "one map" of intelligent mine construction, the second mine actively promotes the construction of 9 intelligent systems, including information infrastructure, excavation system, coal mining system, main transportation system, auxiliary transportation system, ventilation and pressure air system, power supply and drainage system, safety monitoring system and geological support system, and has built 22 intelligent subsystems. Realized the online collaborative work of production, dispatch, mechanical and electrical, safety, geological survey, "one and three prevention" and other major professional, through the data-centric intelligent management and control platform, broke the technical barriers between the systems, eliminated the information "island", realized a number of sources, a source of multi-purpose, so that safety production information integration and communication, The level of intelligent comprehensive management of mine has been significantly improved.

Safety production is no small matter, safety responsibility is greater than day. Since the beginning of this year, Huayang Group has aimed at the goal of "zero safety deaths", formulated the "Regulations on the Management of Video surveillance of Coal mine safety Production", and sorted out the video screening list of important parts and key links according to the assessment of the safety risks of on-site operations, and implemented a five-level video surveillance screening mechanism around "visible, clear and understandable". More than 2200 sets of underground video surveillance dynamic supervision of accurate security, 6 intelligent coal mines, one of which is the first intelligent demonstration coal mine in the country, 1 intelligent coal preparation plant, 126 intelligent mining face, science and technology Xingan so that "no monitoring no operation" enable coal mine safe and efficient production.
