4月12日，三公司山西通洲215万吨年捣固焦炉项目脱硫塔、再生塔首段吊装一次成功，为整个脱硫塔的建设奠定了基础。

该脱硫塔直径11米，高度35.25米，第一段吊装重量45.7吨；再生塔直径7.4米，高度49.03米，第一段吊装重量46.7吨，第二段吊装重量39.05吨，采用400T汽车式起重机主吊，配合小型吊车和运输板车作为辅助机具。项目部克服工期紧、任务重、场地狭小等诸多不利因素，积极协调各方关系，调整施工方案，采取有效措施，确保脱硫塔再生塔首段吊装顺利完成。

On April 12, the desulfurization tower and the first section of the regeneration tower of the 2.15 million tons per year tamping coke oven project of the three companies in Shanxi Tongzhou were successfully lifted, laying the foundation for the construction of the entire desulfurization tower.

The desulfurization tower has a diameter of 11 meters, a height of 35.25 meters, and the lifting weight of the first section is 45.7 tons. The regeneration tower has a diameter of 7.4 meters and a height of 49.03 meters. The lifting weight of the first section is 46.7 tons, and the lifting weight of the second section is 39.05 tons. The main crane of the 400T truck is used, and the small crane and the transport plate truck are used as auxiliary tools. The project department overcame many unfavorable factors such as tight schedule, heavy task and small site, actively coordinated the relationship between all parties, adjusted the construction plan, and took effective measures to ensure the successful completion of the lifting of the first section of the desulfurization tower and the regeneration tower.
