鄂尔多斯高新区工业废水综合利用项目主要包括新建水资源综合利用中心、新建配套管网及万利污水厂、东红海子取水泵站改造等，其中废水处理单元占地77896.1平方米，处理规模3.7万立方米/天，共包含19座构建筑物。

该项目地处北方，冬休周期较长，场内单体多，场外网线覆盖范围广，征拆难度大。项目部坚持以“优化施工组织促进度、精细安全管理保质量”为主旨，一方面，从施工准备、技术管理等方面入手，合理安排施工计划，配置施工机械及作业人员，全面强化物资保障，从物资备料、结构施工、质量消缺、防腐防水等工艺流程的各关键环节入手，组织施工技术交底，确保各单体的施工进度；另一方面，坚持标准化作业，为每座单体配备专门技术人员全程盯控，落实领导现场带班，严把现场卡控，确保了安全可控，实现了生产零事故。

The comprehensive utilization project of industrial wastewater in Ordos High-tech Zone mainly includes the construction of a new comprehensive utilization center of water resources, the construction of a new supporting pipe network, the renovation of Wanli sewage plant and Donghonghaizi water intake pumping station, etc., among which the wastewater treatment unit covers an area of 77,896.1 square meters, with a treatment scale of 37,000 cubic meters/day, and a total of 19 structures.

The project is located in the north, the winter break period is long, there are many monomers in the field, and the network cable coverage outside the field is wide, so it is difficult to collect and dismantle. The project department adheres to the theme of "optimizing the promotion degree of construction organization, fine safety management and quality assurance". On the one hand, starting from the aspects of construction preparation and technical management, reasonable arrangement of construction plan, allocation of construction machinery and operators, comprehensive strengthening of material support, starting from the key links of material preparation, structural construction, quality elimination, anti-corrosion and waterproof and other processes. Organize construction technology disclosure to ensure the construction progress of each unit; On the other hand, we adhere to standardized operations, equipped with specialized technical personnel for each unit to monitor and control the whole process, implemented on-site leadership, strictly controlled on-site card control, ensured safety and controllability, and achieved zero production accidents.
