4月16日,国家发展改革委正式印发《绿色低碳先进技术示范项目清单(第一批)》,中国能建中电工程湖南院策划申报并规划建设的长沙机场绿色能源示范项目成功入选,项目所属类目在本批次清单中,全国仅有19个项目入选。 国家首批绿色低碳先进技术示范项目经投资主体申报、地方审核推荐、第三方机构评审、部门及地方复核、公开征求意见等遴选审核程序最终确定,目的是加快绿色低碳先进适用技术示范应用和推广,在落实碳达峰碳中和目标任务过程中锻造新的产业竞争优势。此次公布的首批清单包括47个项目,涵盖了电网、储能、新能源、氢能、工业、建筑、交通、CCUS等多个领域。 长沙机场绿色能源示范项目作为全国首个应用中深层地热技术的大型综合交通枢纽,可再生能源利用率达26.88%,居全国第一,钻探了中南地区第一口取热不取水供热型地热井。 项目针对长沙机场改扩建工程区域的供能、用能优化,提出近零碳提升方案,应用地热能、分布式光伏,通过蓄冷、蓄热复合储能方案和智慧能源管控平台技术,打造区域“源网荷储”一体化的绿色能源供应新格局。 On April 16, the National Development and Reform Commission officially issued the "Green low-carbon Advanced Technology Demonstration Project List (the first batch)", the Changsha Airport green energy demonstration project planned and planned by the Hunan Institute of China Energy Construction Engineering was successfully selected, the project belongs to the category in this batch list, only 19 projects in the country were selected.
