4月16日，国家发展改革委正式印发《绿色低碳先进技术示范项目清单（第一批）》，中国能建中电工程湖南院策划申报并规划建设的长沙机场绿色能源示范项目成功入选，项目所属类目在本批次清单中，全国仅有19个项目入选。

国家首批绿色低碳先进技术示范项目经投资主体申报、地方审核推荐、第三方机构评审、部门及地方复核、公开征求意见等遴选审核程序最终确定，目的是加快绿色低碳先进适用技术示范应用和推广，在落实碳达峰碳中和目标任务过程中锻造新的产业竞争优势。此次公布的首批清单包括47个项目，涵盖了电网、储能、新能源、氢能、工业、建筑、交通、CCUS等多个领域。

长沙机场绿色能源示范项目作为全国首个应用中深层地热技术的大型综合交通枢纽，可再生能源利用率达26.88%，居全国第一，钻探了中南地区第一口取热不取水供热型地热井。

项目针对长沙机场改扩建工程区域的供能、用能优化，提出近零碳提升方案，应用地热能、分布式光伏，通过蓄冷、蓄热复合储能方案和智慧能源管控平台技术，打造区域“源网荷储”一体化的绿色能源供应新格局。

The first batch of national green low-carbon advanced technology demonstration projects are finally determined through the selection and review procedures of investment subjects, local audit and recommendation, third-party agency review, departmental and local review, and public consultation, the purpose is to speed up the demonstration and application of green low-carbon advanced and applicable technologies, and forge new industrial competitive advantages in the process of implementing the target task of reaching the peak of carbon neutrality. The first list announced this time includes 47 projects, covering power grid, energy storage, new energy, hydrogen energy, industry, construction, transportation, CCUS and other fields.

Changsha Airport Green Energy Demonstration Project, as the country's first large-scale comprehensive transportation hub with the application of medium and deep geothermal technology, has a renewable energy utilization rate of 26.88%, ranking first in the country, and has drilled the first geothermal well in the central and southern region.

Aiming at the optimization of energy supply and use in the Changsha Airport renovation and expansion project area, the project proposes a near-zero carbon upgrading scheme, applies geothermal energy and distributed photovoltaic, and creates a new regional green energy supply pattern integrating "source network, charge and storage" through the cold storage and heat storage composite energy storage scheme and smart energy management and control platform technology.
