国投钦州电厂，作为广西的电力巨擘，其三期项目规划建设了4台66万千瓦的超超临界机组，由山东电力工程咨询院有限公司总承包建设。项目建成后，将与一、二期项目紧密衔接，构建出一个覆盖自贸区钦州港片区的强大热网体系，有效填补钦州乃至广西未来的电力缺口。本次项目的实施，不仅为广西乃至更广泛区域的电力供应提供坚实保障，还将极大提升能源利用效率，改善环境空气质量，为地方经济、社会发展注入强大动力。

项目自开工以来，就受到事业部高度重视，项目全员一以贯之地秉持“想用户之所想，急用户之所急”的工作要求，积极发扬团队敢打硬仗、吃苦耐劳的优良作风。以目标为导向、严抓过程管控、紧盯关键节点、强化安全管理，克服了吊装场地狭小、交叉作业频繁、台风多雨季长等一系列困难，全力以赴保安全、保质量、保工期。尤其在脱硫防腐和湿电吊装交叉作业的雨季，项目团队展现了良好应变能力和执行力。通过科学统筹、精准施策，强化工程相关方沟通，合理安排施工作业等举措，严格落实既定计划，安全、稳定、高效地完成了各项施工任务。在后期调试阶段，事业部更是调配了精锐力量，短时间内高质量完成了2号机组的冷态调试工作，并与主机顺利完成了热态试运。获得了总包单位的高度认可和多次嘉奖，有力彰显了龙净人的专业实力与卓越风采。

Scic Qinzhou Power Plant, as a power giant in Guangxi, has planned and built four ultra-supercritical units of 660,000 kW in the third phase of the project, which is the general contract construction of Shandong Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute Co., LTD. After the completion of the project, it will be closely connected with the first and second phase projects, and build a powerful heat network system covering the Qinzhou port area of the Free Trade zone, effectively filling the future power gap in Qinzhou and even Guangxi. The implementation of this project will not only provide a solid guarantee for the power supply of Guangxi and even the wider region, but also greatly improve energy utilization efficiency, improve environmental air quality, and inject strong impetus into local economic and social development.

Since the project started, it has been highly valued by the business department, and all the project staff consistently uphold the work requirements of "think what users want, urgent users are urgent", and actively carry forward the good style of the team that dares to fight hard and endure hardships. Goal-oriented, strictly grasp process control, closely focus on key nodes, and strengthen safety management, we have overcome a series of difficulties such as small lifting site, frequent cross-operation, and long typhoons, and go all out to ensure safety, quality, and construction period. Especially in the rainy season when desulphurization and anticorrosion and wet electric lifting cross work, the project team showed good adaptability and execution. Through scientific planning and precise policies, strengthening communication between relevant parties of the project, rationally arranging construction operations and other measures, strictly implementing the established plan, and completing various construction tasks safely, stably and efficiently. In the later commissioning stage, the business department deployed elite forces to complete the cold commissioning of Unit 2 in a short period of time with high quality, and successfully completed the hot trial operation with the main engine. It has been highly recognized and awarded many times by the total contracting unit, which effectively demonstrates the professional strength and excellent style of Longjing people.
