4月24日,中华环保联合会2023年度科学技术奖揭晓,由国电电力牵头组建的国家能源煤基能源CCUS技术研发中心(简称国家CCUS研发中心)申报的“燃煤电厂CO2低能耗化学吸收捕集、驱油利用与封存技术及应用”项目荣获科技进步一等奖,标志着国家CCUS研发中心2023年度科技奖励申报工作圆满收官。国电电力是集团公司唯一获此荣誉的单位。 该项目依托国家重点研发计划开展“产学研用”联合攻关,开发了碳捕集关键设备强化和先进低能耗节能工艺优化技术,攻克了二氧化碳驱油提高采收率和地质封存一体化技术,建成国内首套15万吨/年煤电燃烧后CCUS示范工程,经中国环境监测总站第三方权威检测,国际上首次实现二氧化碳捕集率>90%、二氧化碳浓度>99.95%、每吨二氧化碳再生能耗<2.35吉焦(吸收塔胺液浓度<30%),每吨二氧化碳综合捕集成本低于185元,整体性能和经济指标世界最优,率先在国内构建了煤电CCUS设计、建设、调试、运维技术体系和全产业链流程。 一年来,国家CCUS研发中心统筹开展15万吨/年煤电CCUS示范工程成果总结,牵头申报了集团和电力、能源、环保、煤炭领域的六个科学技术奖项,并取得了三个一等奖、三个二等奖的好成绩。一年来,CCUS示范工程成果在多个行业平台持续发布,获奖喜报在多个行业主流媒体转载,进一步巩固和扩大了集团公司在CCUS领域影响力。 国家CCUS研发中心作为集团公司首个且唯一的CCUS国家级研发平台,围绕国家和集团煤基能源绿色低碳转型发展的重大需求,统筹协调集团内外部资源,布局申报的5个2024年度集团级CCUS研发项目近期全部获批,其中“能源金三角地区600兆瓦等级煤电400万吨级全烟气CCUS关键技术研究与工程示范”项目入选集团公司2024年十大科技项目,是CCUS领域唯一入选项目。国家CCUS研发中心将深入贯彻集团公司“2024年第一批科技项目审查结果及十大科技项目评审”专题会议精神,聚焦提高核心技术的先进性、引领性和经济性,着力降低单位成本,同时加强产业链市场研究,推进实现更多商业场景应用,扎实推动国际认可、世界首台600兆瓦等级燃煤机组400万吨级“全烟气整机捕集、全流程末端固碳”CCUS示范工程落地,为提升集团科技创新能力、引领行业发展、服务国家战略贡献力量。 On April 24, the All-China Environmental Protection Federation 2023 Science and Technology Award was announced. It took the lead in building the technical system of coal power CCUS design, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance and the whole industrial chain process in China. In the past year, the National CCUS R & D Center coordinated the summary of 150,000 tons/year coal power CCUS demonstration project results, and led the declaration of six scientific and technological awards in the field of power, energy, environmental protection and coal, and achieved three first prizes and three second prizes. Over the past year, the results of CCUS demonstration projects have been continuously released on multiple industry platforms, and the award-winning news reports have been reproduced in mainstream media in many industries, further consolidating and expanding the influence of the Group in the CCUS field. As the first and only CCUS national R&D platform of the Group, the National CCUS R&D Center coordinates internal and external resources of the Group around the major needs of the country and the Group's coal-based energy green and low-carbon transformation development, and all the 5 group-level CCUS R&D projects declared in 2024 have been approved recently.
