5月24日，公司脱硫废水零排放技改项目1号干燥塔成功封顶，比计划工期提前10天，标志着该项目全面进入设备安装阶段。

废水零排放项目是公司重点环保技改项目，建成后可年处理脱硫废水14万立方米，实现公司脱硫废水全回收环保利用。

为了确保该项目安全、高效、高质量推进，公司成立项目领导小组，由总工程师“挂帅”，设备管理部副主任专职管理，下设专项小组。项目实施以来克服了技改项目时间紧、任务重、交叉作业多、安全管理难度大等困难，经受了大雪、大雨、大风、炎热等极端天气的考验。专项小组成员及监理单位积极协调解决图纸、物料、工序、接口等一应事宜，以“时时放心不下”的责任感，立足岗位、恪尽职守、严格管理、稳步推进，切实把好技改项目安全、质量、进度关口，经过近7个月的紧张施工，不但提前10天完成封顶重大节点，还同步推进完成了废水缓冲区的废水储存箱、缓冲箱等土建项目施工，进入交安环节，以实际行动践行了“爱国爱企、守法合规、敬业担当、高效协同”的行为准则。

The zero waste water discharge project is the company's key environmental protection technical transformation project, which can treat 140,000 cubic meters of desulfurization wastewater per year after completion, and realize the full recycling and environmental protection of the company's desulfurization wastewater.

In order to ensure the safe, efficient and high-quality promotion of the project, the company has set up a project leading group, which is led by the chief engineer and managed by the deputy director of the equipment management Department. Since the implementation of the project, it has overcome difficulties such as tight time, heavy tasks, multiple cross-operations, and difficult safety management, and has withstood the test of extreme weather such as heavy snow, heavy rain, strong wind, and hot weather. Members of the special team and the supervision unit actively coordinate to solve the drawing, materials, processes, interfaces and other issues, with a sense of responsibility of "always at ease", based on the position, fulfill their duties, strict management, and steady progress, effectively make the safety, quality and progress of the technical transformation project, after nearly 7 months of intense construction, not only 10 days ahead of the completion of major nodes, It also synchronously completed the construction of civil construction projects such as waste water storage boxes and buffer boxes in the waste water buffer zone, entered the safety link, and implemented the code of conduct of "loving the country and loving the enterprise, abiding by the law and compliance, dedicated and efficient cooperation" with practical actions.
