2023年4月25日，欧盟理事会通过碳边界调整机制（CBAM，又称“碳关税”），CBAM于2023年10月1日起实施，2023-2025年为过渡期，2026年起正式征收碳关税，覆盖钢铁、水泥、铝、化肥和电力等行业。

面对国内外双重碳减排压力，尤其是以欧盟CBAM为代表的国际贸易绿色壁垒，中信泰富特钢深入研究CBAM法案及核算方法论，积极应对涉碳贸易壁垒。

为实现特钢行业复杂工艺流程的兼容，中信泰富特钢开发建设了“一总部、多基地”的双碳标准化管理平台。目前，双碳管理平台已顺利完成CBAM碳汇算与组织碳管理系统上线，并且通过国际第三方T?V莱茵的符合性认证声明。CBAM汇算功能实现现场真实数据带入与汇算，充分满足了公司出口欧盟时提交CBAM汇算表的需求，助力中信泰富特钢优化生产工艺，降低产品碳排放，提升出口竞争力。

At present, the dual carbon management platform has successfully completed the CBAM carbon settlement and organizational carbon management system online, and through the international third party T? V Rheinland's Declaration of conformity certification. CBAM reconciliation function can bring in and reconcile real data on site, fully meet the company's needs to submit CBAM reconciliation statements when exporting to the EU, and help CITIC Pacific Special Steel optimize the production process, reduce product carbon emissions, and enhance export competitiveness.
