澜沧江上游水电站位于云南省迪庆州维西傈僳族自治县中路乡境内,是澜沧江“一库七级”开发方案中的第四个梯级电站,是“西电东送”的骨干工程,云南省“四个一百”重点建设工程,云南省打造世界一流“绿色能源牌”的优质绿色能源,云南省“十四五”期间唯一投产发电的百万级水电站。

该电站总装机容量为1400兆瓦,安装4台单机容量为350兆瓦的混流式机组,属于一等大(Ⅰ)型工程,厂房为地下厂房,额定水头108米,额定转速125转/分,额定电压18千伏。机电安装公司承担电站机电设备安装和金属结构制作安装工程,电站首台机组自2022年4月29日开始进行肘管安装,到首台机组投产发电共历时778天,相比调整后工期提前15天。

澜沧江上游水电站试运行期间上导摆度在0.10毫米以内,下导摆度在0.08毫米以内,水导摆度在0.04毫米以内;推力轴承瓦温最大温差0.75℃,上导轴承瓦温最大温差4.6℃,下导轴承瓦温最大温差1.64℃,水导轴承瓦温最大温差3.75℃;上机架振动在0.015毫米以内,下机架震振动在0.025毫米以内,定子振动在0.018毫米以内,顶盖振动在0.005毫米以内。所有关键指标数据远超国家标准,均达到业主“精品机组”的要求。澜沧江上游水电站建设中,水电十四局机电安装团队在公司的统一协调指挥下,始终以打造精品、满足客户需求为己任,精益求精做好每一个细节。

电站建成后,预计每年平均发电量62.3亿度,相当于每年节约标准煤约193万吨,减少二氧化碳排放量约507万吨,将为云南省和广东省提供源源不断的清洁能源,为我国按期实现碳达峰碳中和目标发挥重要作用。

Located in Zhonglu Township, Lisu Autonomous County of Weixi, Diqing Prefecture, Yunnan Province, the upper reaches of the Lancang River Hydropower Station is the fourth echelon power station in the development plan of "seven levels of one reservoir" of the Lancang River. It is the backbone project of "West-east power transmission" and the key construction project of "four hundred" in Yunnan Province. Yunnan Province has built high-quality green energy with world-class "green energy brand". The only million-level hydropower station put into operation during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period in Yunnan Province.

The total installed capacity of the power station is 1400 MW, the installation of four single-unit capacity of 350 MW mixed-flow units, belonging to the first-class (I) project, the plant is an underground plant, rated head 108 meters, rated speed 125 RPM, rated voltage 18 kV. The electromechanical installation company is responsible for the installation of electromechanical equipment and the production and installation of metal structure of the power station. The elbow tube installation of the first unit of the power station began on April 29, 2022, and it took 778 days to put the first unit into production, 15 days earlier than the adjusted construction period.

During the trial operation of the hydropower station in the upper reaches of the Lancang River, the swing of the upper guide is less than 0.10 mm, the swing of the lower guide is less than 0.08 mm, and the swing of the water guide is less than 0.04 mm. The maximum temperature difference of thrust bearing tile temperature is 0.75℃, the maximum temperature difference of upper guide bearing tile temperature is 4.6℃, the maximum temperature difference of lower guide bearing tile temperature is 1.64℃, and the maximum temperature difference of water guide bearing tile temperature is 3.75℃. The vibration of the upper frame is less than 0.015 mm, the vibration of the lower frame is less than 0.025 mm, the vibration of the stator is less than 0.018 mm, and the vibration of the top cover is less than 0.005 mm. All the key indicators far exceed the national standards, and meet the requirements of the owner's "boutique unit". In the construction of hydropower stations in the upper reaches of the Lancang River, the mechanical and electrical installation team of the 14th Bureau of Hydropower has always been committed to creating high-quality products and meeting customer needs under the unified and coordinated command of the company, and has been striving for excellence in every detail.

After the completion of the power station, it is expected to generate 6.23 billion KWH of electricity per year on average, equivalent to saving about 1.93 million tons of standard coal per year and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 5.07 million tons, which will provide a steady stream of clean energy for Yunnan Province and Guangdong Province and play an important role in achieving the target of peak carbon neutrality in China on schedule.
