自2022年起，吉林油田便启动了峰值电量压减、老井动管柱作业压减、无效井治理、自用油气压降四大“真金白银”工程。经过持续努力，今年这些工程已逐步拓展为九大工程，新增了单井罐治理、新能源自发自用、措施结构优化、修旧利废、非生产支出控降等五项重要内容。

在节电节气方面，吉林油田取得了显著成效。通过技术改造和优化流程，在生产过程中持续强化机采、集输、注水、供配电等“四大系统”的节电节气管理。2022年，吉林油田的各个采油厂通过间抽生产、优化设备运行、优化注水方式等节能工作，当年用电量、作业费等重点费用指标便同比压降4个百分点。今年上半年，吉林油田共通过实施扩大规模间抽等节电措施60余项，生产用电同比减少1514万千瓦时，自用气消耗同比压降1508万立方米。

在成本控制和效益提升方面，“真金白银”工程同样成果斐然。吉林油田各采油厂通过成立节能降耗项目组、明确工作目标和考核要求、逐项督导等方式，扎实推进节能工作。同时，创新维修工作站、收旧利废工作、优化资产结构和资产存量等举措的实施，进一步降低了生产成本。通过利用新能源自发自用，2023 年，吉林油田在具备条件的生产区扩大新能源替代工程，新能源发电量达到3.06亿千瓦时，有效减少了外购电支出1.5亿元。

Since 2022, Jilin Oilfield has started four "real gold and silver" projects: peak power reduction, old well dynamic pipe string operation reduction, ineffective well treatment, and self-use oil and gas pressure reduction. After continuous efforts, these projects have gradually expanded into nine major projects this year, adding five important contents, such as single-well tank treatment, new energy self-use, measure structure optimization, repair of old benefits and waste, and control and reduction of non-production expenditure.

In terms of electricity saving, Jilin oilfield has achieved remarkable results. Through technical transformation and optimization process, we continue to strengthen the power saving management of the "four major systems" such as machine mining, gathering and transportation, water injection and power supply and distribution in the production process. In 2022, the key cost indicators such as electricity consumption and operating costs in Jilin Oilfield will be reduced by 4 percentage points year-on-year through inter-pumping production, optimizing equipment operation, optimizing water injection methods and other energy-saving work. In the first half of this year, Jilin Oilfield implemented more than 60 power-saving measures such as expanding inter-scale pumping, reducing production electricity by 15.14 million KWH year-on-year, and reducing self-use gas consumption by 15.08 million cubic meters year-on-year.

In terms of cost control and efficiency improvement, the "real money silver" project has also achieved remarkable results. Each oil production plant in Jilin Oilfield has steadily promoted energy conservation work by setting up energy conservation and consumption reduction project team, clarifying work objectives and assessment requirements, and supervising item by item. At the same time, the implementation of innovative maintenance workstations, recycling and waste work, optimization of asset structure and asset stock and other measures has further reduced production costs. Through the use of new energy for self-use, in 2023, Jilin Oilfield will expand new energy replacement projects in qualified production areas, and the new energy generation will reach 306 million KWH, effectively reducing the cost of purchased power by 150 million yuan.
