环己烯分离塔由大连金重机器集团有限公司承造，于6月17日下午自大连港口启航，6月29日抵达钦州港。7月9日抵达钦州项目现场后，各专业队伍开始为设备防腐保温、附塔管线安装、梯子平台安装等工作做准备。

环己烯分离塔车运至吊装点后，中国化学工程第三建设有限公司环己酮项目组马不停蹄搭设脚手架，为后续工作创造条件。刷漆防腐队伍、安装队伍、电仪队伍、保温队伍也都全身心投入施工现场，有效控制穿衣戴帽工程在18天内完成，确保关键节点达标。

“氢”尽全力，见证起吊高光时刻

7月28日上午，广西恒逸新材料有限公司总经理沈飞亲自到吊装作业现场，见证全厂最高塔器的起吊。他表示，自2024年4月9日最重塔器——变换气洗涤塔首吊成功后，公司大件吊装工程各项安装工作稳步向前。本次环己烯分离塔无疑又是一个新的里程碑，堪称厂内最高最亮的“明星塔”。他希望，广西恒逸项目全体人员保持韧劲，继续努力，用心创造高品质工程。

The cyclohexene separation tower, built by Dalian Jinzhong Machinery Group Co., LTD., set sail from Dalian port on the afternoon of June 17 and arrived at Qinzhou Port on June 29. After arriving at the Qinzhou project site on July 9, the professional teams began to prepare for equipment corrosion prevention and insulation, installation of pipeline attached to towers, installation of ladder platforms and other work.

After the cyclohexene separation tower was transported to the lifting point, the cyclohexanone project team of China Chemical Engineering No. 3 Construction Co., Ltd. set up scaffolding non-stop to create conditions for subsequent work. The painting anti-corrosion team, installation team, electrical instrument team, and thermal insulation team are also fully invested in the construction site, effectively controlling the completion of the dressing and wearing project within 18 days to ensure that the key nodes meet the standards.

"Hydrogen" do their best to witness the lifting highlight moment

On the morning of July 28, Shen Fei, general manager of Guangxi Hengyi New Materials Co., LTD., personally went to the lifting operation site to witness the lifting of the highest tower in the factory. He said that since the success of the first lifting of the heaviest tower - the changing gas scrubber tower on April 9, 2024, the installation work of the company's large lifting project has been steadily moving forward. This cyclohexene separation tower is undoubtedly a new milestone, which can be called the highest and brightest "star tower" in the factory. He hoped that all the staff of Guangxi Hengyi Project would maintain their tenacity, continue to work hard and create high-quality projects with their hearts.
